The next time you don't feel like cooking and want to go out, just remember what you might be doing to your body.

The Center for Science in the Public Interest says Red Robin serves the unhealthiest meal in the country. The culprit? A "Monster" double burger with bottomless fries and a "Monster" milkshake  to wash it all down. That meal, will set you back 3.450 calories, tops among 200 chain eateries studied.

A spokesman for Red Robin tried to spin the news by saying the meal "combines some of our most indulgent items into one meal" and that you can avoid such a hefty culinary experience by ordering "a lettuce-wrapped turkey burger, sans cheese and bun, with a side of broccoli and a light lemonade" (although who goes out to a burger place to eat such a meal?).

That may be a healthier option, especially since it'll take about 12 of walking to shed  the calories from the "Monster" meal.

Cheesecake Factory also houses some decadent foods, including farfalle with chicken and roasted garlic (2,410 calories), bruléed French toast (2,780 calories) and Reese's Peanut Butter chocolate cake cheesecake (1,500 calories).
