How Much Sleep Do You Get a Night? [POLL]
There are 24 hours in a day and not enough of them are dedicated to recharging our battery.
A new study has found that we are in the midst of something researchers are calling “The Great Sleep Recession.” While teens may be the demographic most in need of some solid sack time, adults are also feeling the pinch.
Those between the ages of 26 and 64 need between seven and nine hours a day, according to the National Sleep Foundation. In these times when we deal with work, family and the ubiquitous smartphone we keep clutched to us like a winning lottery ticket, finding time to get rest is harder than choosing a bed without a Sleep Number involved.
